報国寺は、1334年（建武元年）天岸慧広の開山に創建された神奈川県鎌倉市にある臨済宗建長寺派の寺院です。

幻想的な竹林と枯山水のお庭があり心落ち着く場所です。どの場所を切りとっても絵になる場所。竹林の中にある茶屋では抹茶をいただくことができます。
茶屋は混雑していましたが、竹林を見ながら抹茶を楽しめるようにお店の人が順番に席を案内してくれます。竹林の中の茶屋で抹茶を飲みながら非日常の世界に浸ってはいかがでしょうか。
日曜日は一般の人も座禅に参加できるみたいです。今度は座禅にチャレンジ！

Houkokuji Temple is a Zen Buddhist temple within the Kenchoji order of the Rinzai sect.
It was established by Tengan Eko in 1334 (the first year of the Kenmu era) to commemorate Ashikaga Ietoki, the grandfather of Ashikaga Takauji, the first of the Ashikaga Shōguns

It is a place where you can feel at ease with the fantastic bamboo groves and the garden of dry mountain water. It is a wonderful place to want to put everything in the picture. You can get green tea at a teahouse in the bamboo forest. Why not soak in the extraordinary world while drinking green tea?
